OPP-SOL1676-1N276982239EFF91DUP0625L0M1.jpgDimming Lights over Victoria (1) - Sol 1676 (natural colors; credits: Lunexit)63 visiteImmaginiamo le ore del tardo pomeriggio Merziano, in un periodo caratterizzato da leggere e frequenti tempeste di sabbia e polvere: in uno scenario simile il cielo, a nostro modo di vedere, dovrebbe tingersi di un vivace colorito verde-celeste ed il panorama circostante il Rover, comunque molto scuro, potrebbe apparire (ad occhi umani) di color giallo-marrone scuro.
Più o meno come abbiamo cercato di strutturare questi tre frames del Sol 1676...MareKromium

Note that one can make out boulders and small dunes at the bottom of these fractures and layering within the walls. Just visible at the top of the image is some well-preserved impact crater ejecta.

A parte il suo colore (grigio-bluetto), unico ed indefinibile - e "scorrelato" dal resto del paesaggio al quale esso accede -, c'è pure un altro piccolo - ma ben visibile - particolare che rende questo minuscolo rilievo "intrigante": sapreste dire qual'è e perchè si tratta di un dettaglio peculiare?
