Cosa stava trasportando (se stava trasportando qualcosa)? Può essere che l'astronauta fosse di profilo? Noi pensiamo di no. Guardate ancora i fotogrammi 6841-6842 e 6843 e poi provate a rispondere a questa domanda: se l'ombra accanto all'astronauta che scattava le foto era l'ombra del suo...

Ma la realtà è diversa e infatti, nello scatto immediatamente successivo, la (presunta) "stella" è nuovamente sparita. In compenso l'ombra dell'altro astronauta (che sembra si stia allontanando dal Surveyor Crater) è lunga e sottile come non mai. Ribadiamo: noi non sappiamo che cosa sia successo e la Verità (purtroppo) tarderà molto a manifestarsi. APOLLO 12 AS 12-46-6852.jpgAS 12-46-6852 - Shadows and "Star-like" Lights over Surveyor Crater (14)139 visite...loro, da Armstrong ed Aldrin) sono oggetti reali, certamente non "man-made", i quali posseggono caratteristiche tali (forma, colore, capacità apparente di movimento e quant'altro) da farci ragionevolmente supporre che si tratti di "veicoli" di probabile origine non terrestre, i quali "sovrintendevano" - in qualche modo - e "sorvegliavano" - in un certo senso - le operazioni svolte sulla Luna dagli astronauti Americani.

Ed è anche (a questo punto) quasi ovvio far notare che, nel frame ancora successivo, l'oggetto è nuovamente scomparso. Riapparirà, molto più luminoso, in una posizione totalmente diversa rispetto alla precedente ed assieme ad un altro "star-like" object nel frame AS 12-46-6851 che segue.

As can be seen in a detail, he is walking flat-footed, in part because the mass of the ALSEP packages is nearly the same as the combined mass of him and his suit and backpack and, in part, because the carrybar is flexing and would be difficult to control if he tried to use a loping stride. Note that he is holding the carrybar in his hands, with his arms hanging down in front of him. Other LMPs discovered that it was easier to carry and control the packages by holding their arms up in front of them and getting the carrybar in the elbow crooks. Note the flag and the S-Band antenna to the left of the LM.
