Circa la natura di questa "collina", la NASA (da noi interpellata in passato) non ha espresso pareri mentre Mike Bara la ritiene un Lunar Dome (senza ombra di dubbio).
Noi diciamo che è davvero "strana": sicuramente molto luminosa e decisamente "rotondeggiante". Insomma, sembra davvero una cupola. Ma l'immagine non è, sempre secondo noi, sufficientemente chiara per esprimere un parere definitivo al riguardo. Siamo ancora, dunque, nel limbo delle opinioni e delle speculazioni dove ognuno può dire quello che vuole.
E la morale, per dirla con filosofia ed ironia, è che "Quando si guarda un mucchio di rami e di foglie, c'è chi vede un albero e c'è chi vede una foresta"...
Aggiornamento (27/09/2007): immagine ingannevole a causa della sovraesposizione del rilievo unita ad una eccessiva "eleaborazione digitale" del frame.
