Erebus Crater (1) - Sol 590

Original caption:"Opportunity is healthy and continuing its drive toward Erebus Crater. Images taken this week show the interior of the Crater. Plans for the next few Soles are to get closer to the Crater's edge and do extensive imaging. The Team is also planning to use the tools on the RA to examine a dark area of outcrop located on the way to the edge of the Crater".

Nota: certo che alla NASA la chiarezza sembra essere proprio diventata una chimera. Per coloro che non parlano e/o leggono l'Inglese, ecco la traduzione letterale della prima parte di questo assurdo commento.

"Opportunity sta bene e continua la sua marcia verso Erebus Crater. Le immagini riprese questa settimana mostrano l'interno del Cratere...etc."

Ma allora: Opportunity è ancora "sulla via" di Erebus o è già "dentro" Erebus?
Tralasciando ancora i nostri calcoli ed opinioni, resta solo una (tragica) domanda da porsi: ma quello (o quelli?) che scrive i commenti ufficiali NASA si rende conto di ciò che dice?
