SOL0370.jpgInteresting! - Sol 370158 visiteAssociazione visiva fra "l'Anomalia" del Sol 370 e "vecchie" immagini di OVNI. ATTENZIONE: l'ingrandimento dell'immagine a Sx genuino; per quanto attiene il parziale di Dx nutro dubbi di autenticit (nota: l'associazione visiva fatta con l'"UFO" al centro in basso - un noto falso, in ogni caso - , errata. Sono/sarebbero comunque oggetti diversi). E, comunque, di "punti neri", sul frame in questione e relativo al Sol 370, ce ne sono tre. Una sola cosa sicura: NON si tratta di vizi delle lenti del Rover. Sul resto... Si pu dire tutto ed il contrario di tutto. Se avete opinioni, scrivetele. Grazie.MareKromium

SOL0198-MR1007056000E1_DXXX-1-GB-LXTT-IPF-1.jpgExtremely unusually-looking Surface Features on the Floor of Gale Crater - Sol 198 (Calibrated Natural Colors; EDM: Absolute Natural Colors - Credits: Dr Gianluigi Barca/LXTT/IPF)117 visiteIndicate dalla freccia di color rosso, altre due straordinarie Features che "appaiono" sulla Superficie del Cratere Gale: la prima (quella più in alto), sembra una sorte di "Proboscide" che sembra sbucare da una crepa o un foro; la seconda, ricorda tanto il corpo sinuoso di un Sauro, la cui "pelle" ha esattamente lo stesso colore della Superficie su cui giace.
Ed anche in questo caso, un GRANDISSIMO COMPLIMENTO al nostro Vice-Presidente e Partner Storico, Dott. Gianluigi Barca (alisa Big "G").
Non possiamo "spiegare", perché non ne abbiamo i mezzi. Possiamo solo invitarVi a GUARDARE e, se ci riuscite, a VEDERE...MareKromium

Queste elaborazioni servono, fondamentalmente, a dimostrare una cosa sola: "Il Topo di Gale" NON E' un'illusione ottica o uno "scherzo di luci ed ombre". "Il Topo di Gale" una Surface Feature REALE. Poi, come gi abbiamo gi detto e scritto, non sar un "topo"... Ma qualunque cosa sia, esso una "cosa VERA". Reale. Ed l, a pochissimi metri dal Rover il quale, ovviamente, non se ne cura minimamente... Un GRANDE RINGRAZIAMENTO a Lorenzo Leone per l'Amicizia, il supporto e questa eloquente elaborazione.MareKromium

Fienga/Lunar Explorer Italia/Italian Planetary Foundation)92 visiteThe sinuous Rock Feature visible in the lower center and left (Sx) side of this mosaic of frames recorded by the NASA - Mars Exploration Rover (MER) - Mars Laboratory "Curiosity" has been nicknamed "Snake River" (and we honestly believe that, once you notice the actual physical configuration of the Rocky Feature that is now under a - relatively - close observation, the reason of the nickname will result more than obvious...).
The images forming the mosaic were taken by Curiosity's Navigation Camera (NavCam) during the 133rd Martian Day, or Sol, of the Rover's Mission in Gale Crater - Mars (such as December, 20th, 2012). On Sol 147 (such as January, 3rd, 2013), the NASA - Mars Exploration Rover (MER) - Mars Laboratory "Curiosity" drove about 10 feet (approx. 3 meters) to get a closer look at "Snake River", before proceeding to watch, photograph and then examine other Rocky Features located in the same area as well as in other areas nearby.
This picture (which is an Original NASA - Mars Exploration Rover - Mars Laboratory "Curiosity" b/w image-mosaic published on the NASA - Planetary Photojournal with the ID n. PIA 16564) has been additionally processed and then colorized in Absolute Natural Colors (such as the colors that a human eye would actually perceive if someone were near the NASA - Mars Exploration Rover (MER) - Mars Laboratory "Curiosity" and then looked ahead, towards the Rocky Surface Feature called "Snake River", the Rocky Paving located in front of and around the Rover, as well as the more distant Horizon of Gale Crater), by using an original technique created - and, in time, dramatically improved - by the Lunar Explorer Italia Team. Different colors, as well as different shades of the same color, mean, among other things, the existence of different Elements (Minerals) present on the Surface of Gale Crater, each having a different Albedo (---> Reflectivity) and Chemical Composition.MareKromium
