Noi possiamo anche crederci, non avendo modo di provare il contrario, ma vorremmo capire, almeno per quanto attiene questo specifico panorama, che bisogno c'era di farlo in "falsi colori"!
Sempre accettando che quel bel cielo celustrino (e leggermente nebbioso) sopra Grissom Hill sia effettivamente il prodotto di un'elaborazione cromatica volutamente lontana dalla realtà.
Voi che ne dite? E se fossero questi i colori veri di Marte?
Un cielo azzurro su Marte costituirebbe davvero uno "shock culturale" ed un "serio motivo di disorientamento sociale", come dicono gli psicologi ed i sociologi della NASA?

E' dunque risolto il mistero del "cubo luccicante"? Sembra di si, ma se quel "cubo" è davvero lo "Scudo Termico", allora sapreste spiegarci perchè, in un'altra immagine (da noi pubblicata nella Sezione "Mars in Colors"), accanto ad Endurance Crater si vedono invece "backshell & parachute" (che la mappa prodotta dalla NASA, per altro, riporta in posizione diametralmente opposta rispetto ad Endurance Crater).
Forse abbiamo male interpretato le immagini? Vediamo un pò:...

Nota: quelle curiosissime "sferule" che gli Scienziati Americani hanno chiamato "berries" (frutti di bosco), Dio solo sa perchè, non sono una prerogativa del solo Pianeta Marte. In realtà, almeno per quanto ci è dato sapere, se ne trovano anche sulla Terra (sebbene di colore diverso), in prossimità di sorgenti sulfuree e sul fondo di laghi e/o fiumi situati a ridosso di fornaci vulcaniche ancora attive. Ma le sferule Marziane sono "parte" del terreno o sono "poggiate" su di esso?
Ne sono "parte", come dimostra il berry 'lucidato' a centro frame.
