Onestamente, ci è impossibile dire se il rilievo "è" quello che "sembra essere", tuttavia la nostra sensazione (suffragata anche dalla presenza di altri rilievi similari/analoghi posti nelle immediate vicinanze della "ruota") è che la possibile Anomalìa non dovrebbe essere altro che un piccolo fosso, di forma quasi-circolare.
L'angolazione di ripresa adottata da Spirit, unita alla peculiare distorsione che di regola si produce sui dettagli del Suolo Marziano allorchè alcuni frames a Bassa Risoluzione (LR) vengono sottoposti ad elevato stretching, dovrebbe essere la causa di questo qui-pro-quo.

La NASA, riguardo a questo frame, non ha detto nulla, ma noi pensiamo - visto che conosciamo l'esatta posizione del Rover durante questo 67mo Sol - che una delle due 'sparks' - quella alla Vostra Sx - sia l'oggetto che Vi proponiamo nel frame successivo.

Che cosa NON è? Non è l'Heat-Shield (il quale, a detta della NASA, è caduto sul ciglio del Cratere Bonneville) e non è la Back-Shell (che, assieme al paracadute, si troverebbe da tutt'altra parte).
