Può darsi. In realtà la qualità dell'immagine non è superlativa ed il dettaglio, al pari di tanti altri, appare (quantomeno) ambiguo. Diciamo che dovremo stare bene attenti in futuro ed osservare con particolare riguardo questo intrigante dettaglio "Vittoriano": certo non la prima "stranezza", certo non l'ultima...

(extra detail mgnf) - Sol 95298 visiteEffettivamente il Dr Barca potrebbe avere ragione: questa roccia (anzi: a noi pare che si possa anche trattare di un gruppo di rocce) ha qualcosa "che non va". Difficile dire se si tratta di una serie di ombre ingannevoli determinate dalla particolare conformazione di questo angolo di Victoria (in effetti, guardando con grande attenzione, sembra possibile distinguere una sorta di "grappolo" di rocce rotondeggianti il quale si stacca e si distingue dal resto della parete del Cratere).
Giochi di luce o (nuovi) Misteri Marziani?!?...
